Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1M+.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen and adherence to food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and accurate food preparation.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, safety practices, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Train and develop team members in preparing and packaging orders to maximize service quality.
• Understand financial reporting, including P&L statements, to drive business improvements.
• Address customer feedback to continually improve the dining experience.
