Burger King is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Stevenson, AL. As RGМ, you will be the executive leader, driving performance, building strong teams, and delivering an exceptional guest experience every day.

You will partner with the District Manager, lead a team of Assistant Managers and Shift Coordinators, and ensure operational excellence while growing the business and upholding BK standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• People-first leadership with strong communication and team development skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and make confident business decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and building a high-performing culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by owning the restaurant P&L, reviewing financials, managing costs and driving sales.
• Elevate the guest experience by motivating the team to exceed expectations and engaging with the local community.
• Lead and grow people by overseeing hiring, training, certification, coaching, recognition and development for staff.
• Run strong operations by optimizing labor, maintaining standards, and providing hands-on support as needed.
