• Prepare and manage manager schedules to ensure proper business coverage.
• Oversee HR functions and ensure compliance with laws, policies and procedures.
• Provide performance feedback, coaching and reviews to managers and team members.
• Lead sales and profit initiatives, manage P&L, and monitor budgets and cost controls.
• Conduct regular manager meetings and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Foster development plans and training for managers and staff to sustain high performance.
