Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s in Ruskin, FL seeks a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive sales, manage P&L, ensure guest satisfaction and staff performance. You will recruit and coach team members, analyze data to improve service and efficiency, schedule shifts, and uphold food safety and company standards.

The role requires high energy in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to integrity and excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification.
• Over 2 years restaurant management experience in QSR.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Basic math and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L.
• Analyze data and develop plans to improve sales, profits, service and efficiency.
• Determine staffing needs and hire for the right positions.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Train Team Members and Managers on operations, policies, and guest service.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for employees and guests.
