Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant in Tallahassee, FL, driving budgeted sales and profits while delivering exceptional guest and team service. You will manage the P&L, analyze performance data, and implement plans to improve efficiency and sales.

You will determine staffing needs, hire the right candidates, coach teams, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and a high-energy work environment that reflects our core values.

Qualifications

• Must have related restaurant management experience and strong leadership.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L.
• Analyze data to improve sales and profits and guest service.
• Determine staffing needs and hire the right people.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed for consistency.
• Train Team Members and Managers on operations and policy.
• Provide regular feedback and coach employees on performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean and fun restaurant environment.
