Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years GM experience in hospitality, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in basic computer, math, and financial management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory control.

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise team members, including leaders and crew.
• Develop training programs to elevate team performance and development.
• Monitor food and labor costs and maximize profitability.
