Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee The Rooftop by JG. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious hospitality brand and a renowned restaurant group.

This Forbes 5-Star property features 170 rooms, 6,300 sq ft of banquet space, and four food and beverage outlets, including two restaurants, a lobby lounge, and in-room dining.

In this role, you will manage The Rooftop by JG, leading a team of over 50 staff members and reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage. The restaurant, a Jean-Georges Vongerichten establishment, offers panoramic city views and serves American classics for lunch and dinner.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, a passion for exceptional service, attention to detail, and the ability to develop team members. A minimum of four years' management experience in fine dining and high-volume settings is required. Experience with union environments and luxury hotels is a plus.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, policy enforcement, and team management.
• Monitoring and developing team performance through supervision, training, evaluations, and recognition.
• Assessing product and service satisfaction trends, addressing issues, and implementing improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards.
• Implementing marketing and upselling strategies to maximize revenue.
• Maintaining team knowledge of offerings, policies, and local events.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and training staff members.
