Candidate Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a management role (Restaurant/Hospitality management preferred).

Elite Compensation Package

• Annual Salary: $75,000 – $100,000
• Appreciation Pay: $15 per hour (in addition to base salary)
• Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonuses based on sales growth and store performance
