• Oversee all cafe operations, including cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards.
• Manage inventory control, ordering, and rotation to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Train and develop team members to meet and exceed performance expectations.

Required Experience and Requirements
