• Develops and executes a local store marketing plan in response to market conditions.
• Responds to competitor activities aimed at diverting store business.
• Trains store personnel to execute procedures for quality products and customer service.
• Maintains store cleanliness and ensures adherence to Q.S.C. standards.
• Manages staffing, training, and supervision of crew and managers.
