Zaxbys is hiring a General Manager to lead restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment in Virginia. The GM will drive staffing, training, sales growth, and cost management while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to customer experience. The role may include shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires 21+ years of age or older.
• Requires valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work at least 5 days/48 hours per week.
• Background check and motor vehicle report required.
• Leadership, organizational skills, and cooperative interaction with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to create a positive culture and high morale.
• Manage daily restaurant operations focusing on staffing, training, sales growth, and cost control.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments; optimize schedules to drive sales and labor efficiency.
