Job summary

Braum's is seeking a General Manager to lead our Mansfield, TX store and drive guest satisfaction, team performance, and sales growth. The role requires 3 years of retail leadership, a 21+ driver license, and commitment to Braum's standards.

Annual compensation ranges from $82,000 to $92,500 with a strong bonus program and comprehensive benefits. The General Manager will oversee daily operations of Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain sales; monitor inventory and safety; coach the team

Qualifications

3–5 years of running, managing and leading a retail store unit.
Associates Degree or some college preferred.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop store crew.

Responsibilities

Oversees the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
Monitors inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
Ensures that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
Teaching, coaching and providing leadership to the store crew members and ensures that unit goals are achieved.
Provide an enhanced customer-centric culture that includes consistent guest service and food quality.
