Job summary

D’Angelo Grilled Sandwiches is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive profitability, and create an engaging guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage budget targets, oversee staff development, scheduling, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards while delivering excellent hospitality and consistent product quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be able to become ServSafe and CPR certified.
• Must have completed formal management training by Corporate Training Department.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily restaurant operations within budget and maintains guest satisfaction.
• Ensures compliance with guest relations, food costs, labor costs, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Guarantees high quality product preparation and hospitality at all times.
• Trains and develops team members and conducts performance reviews.
• Manages hiring, disciplinary actions, and personnel records.
• Oversees purchasing, inventory, and financial records to drive profit.
