KBP Foods, a leading KBP Brands franchisee of KFC, is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for our Oregon, OH location. You will lead a team, drive profitability, manage operating controls, and uphold brand standards to deliver a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a Restaurant General Manager role with P&L responsibility in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash controls, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
