As GM, you’ll oversee operations, manage budgets, recruit staff, and uphold safety and quality standards while benefiting from paid training, health benefits, and a strong internal advancement path.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of GM experience in quick-service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move objects, stand and walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, security procedures and labor.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train employees to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts on a biweekly basis.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience with quality products.
