Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and drive results, including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance, and punctuality.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members.
• Oversee food safety and team member safety.
• Provide best in class customer service.
• Increase sales and profit potential.
