Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Hands-on leader with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, sales, labor, food cost, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team to achieve goals.
• Ensure fast, friendly, accurate, and professional guest service.
• Monitor sales, labor, food costs, waste, and KPI performance; implement improvements.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health regulations; inspections and training.
• Execute marketing programs and community engagement to drive local traffic.
