Job summary

KBP Foods, a leading KBP Brands franchisee of KFC, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy New York location. You will drive profitability, manage cash controls, inventory, and labor, and review financials to ensure strong performance.

You will recruit, interview and hire Team Members and Shift Managers, coaching staff to operational excellence. Biweekly inventories, restaurant cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are essential; GM experience in quick service is required, 18+ years

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.
