Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred.
• Successful completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operation of the assigned restaurant to meet financial and operating goals.
• Create staffing plans and schedules to ensure proper coverage and sales growth.
• Train, coach and develop Department Managers and staff.
• Monitor compliance with labor, food safety and company policies.
• Drive guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
• Manage P&L, control costs and optimize profitability.
• Hold managers accountable for performance and accountability across teams.
