Job summary

Domino's of Lindale is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and uphold brand standards. You will coach a team, manage inventory, food safety, and cash control while ensuring excellent guest service.

The role requires a track record in restaurant leadership, P&L management, and a commitment to teamwork, with a focus on punctuality, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license (required).
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
