Job summary

AES Restaurants in Milwaukee seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure a positive dining experience for guests. You will guide your team to achieve high standards in service, safety and performance.

You will hire and train, schedule staff, monitor controls, and drive objectives for service quality, costs and profitability while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Able to work in warm and cold temperatures and stand for 8–10 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders when needed.
• Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team to optimize performance.
• Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant with accurate projections and schedules.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
