Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Kitchen Manager, Hospitality Manager, and Assistant Managers.
• Ensure all operations systems are in place according to the Operations Manual.
• Ensure the restaurant operates within budget for sales and expenses.
• Manage all company assets in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Ensure all company policies, including the Code of Ethics, are followed.
• Meet Restaurant Operations Improvement Process (ROIP) standards.
• Coach Associate Managers and other team members for performance improvement.
• Recruit, select, and orient Assistant Managers.
• Train staff on changes in standards, recipes, and promotions.
• Implement company health and safety programs.
