You will manage scheduling, budgets, and performance; ensure compliance with brand standards; and drive growth through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast-paced restaurant team.
• Ability to hire, train, and develop Team Members and Shift Leads.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the full restaurant and build a strong team.
• Find, hire, and develop Team Members and Shift Leads; conduct new hire orientation.
• Develop training plans for each new hire and manage scheduling and deployment of staff.
• Address performance issues and manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
