Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! seeks a General Manager in Dallas to lead daily store operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, uphold food safety standards, and manage costs to maximize profitability.

Ideal candidates bring prior management experience in fast-food, strong communication, and the ability to lead by example. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within a fast-food or quick-service restaurant is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage customer service and store operations.
• Ability to lead with accountability and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and drive results including cost controls and inventory.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff; ensure attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain food safety and team member safety standards.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and grow sales.
• Manage P&L, food cost and labor to maximize profitability.
