Job summary

KBP Brands is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for our KFC franchise in Ardmore, TN. You will lead a team, drive profitability, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards with integrity.

This role includes bonus potential, benefits, PTO, and education support. You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, manage inventory and labor, and maintain a clean, safe, guest-focused restaurant.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.
