Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in Food/Hospitality, with a track record managing a high-volume establishment.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Ability to analyze financial data and drive operational improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers, suppliers and staff.
• Organized and meticulous in prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
