Job summary

CEC Entertainment, LLC’s Birmingham, AL location is seeking a General Manager to set the tone for the restaurant and lead a team that delivers memorable guest experiences. This role offers new wage access with our Earned Wage program and a $4,000 signing/retention bonus, with pay issued bi-weekly per company policy.

You will own daily operations, staffing, sales building, and guest service while upholding restaurant standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older with local approvals for serving alcohol where required.
• College degree preferred and proven restaurant leadership experience.
• Minimum of four years in restaurant management with responsibility for executing quality shifts and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staffing, product quality, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Build sales by recruiting, training, developing and communicating expectations to the team.
• Coach and motivate the team to maintain high guest service and safety standards.
• Apply cost control, inventory, and labor management, using sound business judgment.
• Demonstrates ethics, effective communication, and diversity values.
• Time management and prioritization; problem solving and decision making.
