VPC Pizza Management, LLC in Chicago is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily front of house and back of house operations. You will maintain P&L statements, train staff, and ensure service standards align with company policies.

The role requires 3+ years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. Desirable Toast POS knowledge and multilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Essential: 3+ years experience in restaurant management.

Responsibilities

• Create schedules for front of house and kitchen for all meal periods to meet business needs.
• Supervise all staff during shifts including mornings, afternoons and weekends.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing training.
• Provide staff feedback and coaching and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage labor, beverages, and supplies within budgeted guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Support restaurant marketing efforts and community relations.
