Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Ohio to lead a high-volume, multi-facet restaurant with a fresh kitchen. You will drive operational excellence, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest service while managing costs and scheduling.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of restaurant management experience, strong P&L acumen, and a proven track record of sales growth in a $1M+ environment. Love's offers tuition assistance, competitive pay, and a robust benefits package.

Formación

• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1M+.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with food safety adherence.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food prep.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Train and develop team members in preparing and packaging orders to meet service standards.
• Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, to inform business decisions.
• Address customer feedback to improve the dining experience.
