We’re looking for a candidate with 2+ years of restaurant management experience and a strong focus on guest experience. The role is full-time with weekends and holidays required, and offers competitive pay and a full benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience required.
• Availability for full-time, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure guest service, food quality and cleanliness.
• Build and develop a high-performing team: recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff.
• Drive results by managing food costs, labor, and profitability.
• Maintain compliance with health, labor, and safety regulations.
• Promote a positive culture and engage with the local community.
• Communicate effectively with District Manager and HQ teams.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs to keep the store running smoothly
