Wingstop Baytown is seeking a General Manager to oversee all staff and operations of the local unit. You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure exceptional hospitality, and drive performance bonuses where applicable.

The ideal candidate holds a Food Manager Certification and a TABC certification, with reliable transportation and flexibility for weekend/night shifts. Growth opportunities exist as we expand with the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Leadership Role – Wingstop Leadership is a PLUS!
• Food Manager Certification (required)
• TABC Certification (required)
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Able to work all shifts - including weekends and nights (required)
• Non-Slip Black Shoes (required)
• Bilingual - English/Spanish (preferred, but not required)
