McAlister's Deli in Texas is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, ensure safety, quality, and compliance, and lead daily decision-making, scheduling, and cleanliness.

You will develop and coach team members, manage costs, drive guest satisfaction, and protect company assets while delivering an outstanding dining experience; strong customer service and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Casual Restaurant industry
• Del i or food service management experience preferred
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends
• Able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and uniform standards
• Demonstrate positive, friendly attitude toward guests (Live the McAlister’s Touch)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
