Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' current experience in casual restaurant industry.
• Experience in deli or food service management is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• ServSafe license preferred or able to obtain per state mandates.
• Ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and comply with uniform standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication; friendly, guest-focused demeanor.
• Able to handle the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
