The role requires proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to motivate diverse teams while maintaining brand standards. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in restaurant or fast-paced hospitality.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate diverse teams with a positive, professional tone.
• Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and cost control experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead restaurant staff including managers and frontline teams.
• Create an inclusive workplace promoting teamwork, respect, and accountability.
• Lead by example with hospitality and hands-on leadership.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations: food prep, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Execute local marketing and community outreach to boost brand awareness.
• Manage inventory, costs, and supplier relationships while ensuring compliance.
