Job summary

SBH Foods, a Popeyes franchisee, seeks a General Manager to lead one restaurant and coach the next generation of leaders. You’ll drive operations, guest experience, and profitability while developing Crew Members, Shift Leaders, and Managers for future expansion.

You’ll be supported by a path from Crew to Area Leadership and eligible for performance-based bonuses. Join a team that values integrity, teamwork, and great hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with prior restaurant management/leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, people-development and problem-solving skills.
• Able to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment; detail-oriented.

Who You Are

• At least 18 years old with previous restaurant management or leadership experience

Strong General Managers can continue developing toward Area Regional Leader, taking what they've learned running one successful restaurant and using it to support multiple restaurants and their leaders.

Earn More When Your Restaurant Wins

Restaurant General Managers are eligible for SBH Foods' performance-based store bonus program, with opportunities to earn additional compensation every four weeks when qualifying restaurant performance goals are achieved.

General Managers at designated Training Stores are eligible for an enhanced bonus in recognition of the additional responsibility of developing incoming SBH Foods leaders.

SBH Foods also recognizes strong General Managers who take on designated restaurant turnaround assignments with additional performance-based earning opportunities.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods
• Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Bend, reach, lift, carry, and perform physical restaurant responsibilities as needed
• Work across restaurant stations and support food preparation, stocking, cleaning, and guest service
• Safely perform the physical tasks necessary to support restaurant operations
