Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience, including general manager roles in a restaurant.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct others, drive change, and train and develop the team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant management team with focus on performance, engagement and training.
• Lead local restaurant marketing and ensure P&L results are strong.
• Oversee community connections and fundraising activities.
