Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost control for food, labor, cash and expenses per guidelines.
• Lead staffing and scheduling for all shifts to meet requirements.
• Hire crew, shift leaders and assistant GMs, and conduct evaluations.
• Coach and train staff to achieve certification and performance levels.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with sanitation regulations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address complaints to drive repeat business.
