Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet operational standards for productivity, quality, and service.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure policy adherence and manage disciplinary actions.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with HR and accounting on payroll and invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Lead initiatives to increase sales and regular guest visits.
