Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group seeks a General Manager (GM) to mentor and lead a restaurant team toward exceptional customer experiences and profitability. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring world-class operations and strong financial results.

In this role you will drive leadership, culture, and compliance with company standards, while coordinating with Area Coach and Director of Operations to uphold DRG values across Missouri locations.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience
• Must pass SERV Safe Certification
• Health card per local/state requirements
• Reliable transportation and clean background check (MVR)
• Willingness to work a 45-hour week with nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to deliver exceptional customer experience and service standards
• Drive world-class operations with focus on service, cleanliness and quality
• Oversee P&L performance and control costs for maximum profitability
• Make decisive leadership decisions and serve as a liaison with upper management
• Provide ongoing training and development to staff and reinforce company culture
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
