Cafe Rio Mexican Grill in Burke, VA is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and guest service. You’ll supervise a team, mentor staff, and ensure food quality and safety while delivering the Cafe Rio experience customers love.

Qualificações

• At least 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours.
• Proof of valid driver’s license.
• 18 years or older.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
