Job summary

KBP Foods, a part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in New York to lead operations, drive profitability, and mentor a diverse team across the restaurant. You will oversee scheduling, training, inventory, and guest satisfaction to ensure a high‑quality experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security, inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence for restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guests have a friendly experience with a quality product.
