Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience; willing to train for strong candidates.
• Must adhere to Happy Day standards of excellence.
• Ability to manage a large number of employees.

Responsibilities

• Train, assign, and monitor staff for quality of work.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the restaurant.
• Ensure health codes, food prep and storage guidelines, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed.
• Keep staff motivated and on-time for quality dining experiences.
• Ensure all products meet Happy Day's high standards for quality.
• Manage costs, inventory, waste, labor goals, and maximize profit.
• Run reports through our software; knowledge of scheduling and computer programs.
