The Hopewell Inn in Hopewell, NJ is seeking a Full-Time General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high service standards and efficient staff management.

Qualifications

• Must be courteous and possess excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Candidate must be willing to work weekdays/nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform all duties of the restaurant
• Monitor and maintain store inventory pars alongside the Executive Chef
• Maintain a very clean work environment
• Monitor day-to-day events of restaurant
• Record all deliveries (paper, produce etc.) and any errors
• Coach and support new and existing staff members
• Oversee the closing of the till and restaurant
• Weekly trip to the bank
• Oversee reservations and work with Assistant Manager to make sure all reservations are confirmed and prepared for.
• Maintain all temperature logs, waste and inventory sheets
• Make sure all employees follow company policies and guidelines
• Maintain professionalism and set an example for all staff
