Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lead and develop a management team.
• Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build a team.
• Able to travel to home store and training locations occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most of the shift.
• Follow brand standards to prepare great food and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Create a service experience so guests want to return.
• Maintain balance between guest/employee experience and financial metrics.
