Burger King | Curtis Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager in Boone, NC. You will lead the management team, drive profitability, and ensure top-tier guest experience.

Responsibilities include building a high-performing culture, coaching staff, and using performance data to optimize results. The role requires a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.

The Opportunity

Restaurant General Managers are the business leaders of their restaurants. You are accountable for sales, profitability, operational excellence, guest experience, and talent development. You will lead your management team, build a high-performing culture, and use restaurant performance data to make decisions that improve results.

What We're Looking For

Required

• At least 18 years old.

Preferred

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience owning or managing a restaurant P&L.
