Job summary

Burger King in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead all aspects of the restaurant, including profitability, guest experience, people, and daily operations. The RGM will manage a team of Assistant Manager, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members to deliver consistent service.

You will own the P&L, drive sales, recruit and develop staff, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain brand standards while working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Now Hiring: Restaurant General Manager (RGM)Location: Wyomissing, PAPosition OverviewThe Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is the executive leader of the restaurant, focused on profitability, guest experience, people, and operations. The Restaurant General Manager has overall responsibility for managing the daily operations of a single restaurant.
