As a General Manager, you are responsible for making pleasurable dining affordable for our guests by ensuring Golden Corral's operational standards are communicated, trained, and maintained in the restaurant. In this leadership role, you will ensure optimal restaurant financial results, outstanding guest service, and food quality, while providing the restaurant management and team members with opportunities for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Results (55%): Coach, train, and monitor Kitchen Managers, Hospitality Managers, and Assistant Managers to follow Golden Corral standards while achieving financial goals such as sales growth, profit increases, and cost control. Manage assets and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  2. People Management (20%): Recruit, select, and onboard Assistant Managers and team members. Provide leadership through training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Ensure communication and certification standards are met.
  3. Guest Services (10%): Maintain a welcoming environment, engage with guests, manage guest feedback, and resolve complaints promptly.
  4. Administrative Duties (10%): Oversee training standards, health inspections, and assist in budget development.
  5. Facilities Management (5%): Maintain restaurant facilities, ensure safety, and oversee maintenance programs.
