Job summary

Marco's Pizza in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking energetic, goal-oriented leaders to join our management team. You will drive people development, service quality, and store performance while upholding our culture focused on customer satisfaction.

You will manage scheduling, payroll, benefits, and reporting to the home office, ensure inventory accuracy and merchandising, and lead weekly KPI reviews to hit goals. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring ~50 hours/week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations including scheduling, payroll, benefits and reporting to the home office
• Maintain standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation
• Manage inventory, par levels, ordering, and weekly/end-of-period inventories
• Develop and execute store action plans and marketing to improve the business
• Monitor weekly KPIs and drive target performance

What You Will Bring To The Role

• Source and interview all store employees to ensure they will embrace our values, including a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Training team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures to ensure we are a world class operation.
• Ensure all aspects of human resources are followed including scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews and reporting to the home office as requested.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.

Product

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure appropriate inventory par levels and ordering system are in place.
• Complete weekly inventory.
• Complete end of period inventory.

Management

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Complete inventory reporting, ensure appropriate inventory par levels are met and ordering system is in place.
• Accountable for creating store Action Plans including marketing to continuously improve the business.
• Accountable for weekly KPIs and plan to achieve goals
• Ensure the store and exterior of the property are maintained.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
