Job summary

Marco's Pizza in Mount Holly, NC is seeking a dynamic restaurant management professional who leads by example and drives results. You will guide a team of up to 20 associates, recruit and train staff, and uphold Marco's standards in service and quality.

Responsibilities include scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews, plus planning store actions and marketing to improve the business. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and KPI achievement in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays

• Source and interview all store employees to ensure alignment with values and customer satisfaction.
• Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews and reporting to the home office.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.
• Maintain standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Maintain inventory par levels and ordering system; complete weekly and end-of-period inventory.
• Create store action plans including marketing to improve business; monitor KPIs.

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Complete inventory reporting, ensure appropriate inventory par levels are met and ordering system is in place.
• Accountable for creating store Action Plans including marketing to continuously improve the business.
• Accountable for weekly KPIs and plan to achieve goals
• Ensure the store and exterior of the property are maintained.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
