• Team Development: Hire, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to maintain high service standards across all outlets
• Operational Oversight: Ensure a safe, compliant, and sanitary environment while optimizing workflows for both front- and back-of-house
• Brand Ambassador: Act as a visible leader to cultivate guest relationships and collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and high-profile events

• Experience: 7–10 years of leadership experience in a similar high-volume or luxury hospitality role is preferred
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
